At CTD: Literacy for All, LLC, we help connect the dots between research, data, and instructional practice.

Our hands-on approach begins by meeting with you to discuss your mission and to analyze your school or district's literacy needs. From there, we work together to develop a literacy plan that can include professional development, coaching, and/or data collection and analysis throughout the school year.

If a school/district opts in for a coaching model, our consultants work hands-on during team meetings and in teachers' classrooms. We demonstrate evidence-based practices that align with the Science of Reading and coach educators to immediately practice methods with students, followed by collecting and analyzing student work.

Consultants can also support administrators and school-based coaches with developing their literacy leadership practices in order to promote educators' growth to meet their professional goals.

We do not sell a specific curriculum. We work with you and your current curricular resources to ensure teachers are using evidence-based practices that will support students with their literacy development. In addition, if your school or district is looking to purchase a new curriculum, we can support your team with evaluating your options. While programs are great resources, we know that there is no curriculum alone that can take the place of knowledgeable and reflective educators.

While our primary mission is to provide high quality literacy professional development and coaching to teachers, parents, and school/district-based leadership teams, we acknowledge that parents may be interested in tutoring services for their children as well. We are here to help! Our dedicated tutors currently offer remote tutoring 1-1 or in small groups of no more than 5 students per group. If you are interested in tutoring that is provided in person, please reach out to us to share the specific details of your request, and we will do our best to arrange for one of our dedicated tutors to work with your child.
